Linda

I have two grown children and a large standard poodle. We enjoy spending as much time as possible in my large yard, where I plant new perennials and move the existing ones to a more optimum location.  I enjoy gardening, reading, walking, bicycling and spending time with my family and friends.Accounting is my second career.  I have a degree in microbiology and worked in research laboratories in the areas of DNA sequencing and immunology.  I was out of the work force as a full time mom for a few years.  When I returned to work, I became an income tax preparer.  I enjoyed the work and the clients, so I returned to school.  After receiving a Masters degree with an emphasis in Taxation, I sat for the CPA exam.  I have been with this firm since 1997 and became a partner in 2002.  I enjoy working with our clients on individual and business planning and business start up issues.  The growth of our firm has allowed me to meet a variety of interesting people and learn about their business and personal goals.

Laurel

I am a proud Colorado Native, grew up and went to school in Golden Colorado.  I married my high school sweet heart and have two wonderful boys.  I began working in administrative positions right out of high school until we moved to Berthoud, Co.  There I had the privilege working with special needs students for over 12 years and now I’m back working in an administrative position.  I love meeting new people. I love to hunt big game, go camping, hiking, riding our Harley Davidson, creating beautiful stained glass panels, gardening, but most of all I love spending my time with my wonderful family.

Diane

I started my career as a data entry clerk with a CPA firm in 1979, joining this firm in 1984.  During this time, I attended classes in accounting and income tax preparation, working my way up to becoming a full-charge bookkeeper.

My responsibilities include the preparation of monthly financial statements, payroll, sales tax and working trial balances.

My husband Fran, a retired Loveland firefighter, and I were married in Iowa, moving to Colorado shortly thereafter, in 1966.  We have two married sons and five grandchildren.

I have been a member of Beta Sigma Phi since 1969.  During this time, I have held every office, some of them several times, as well as having chaired various committees.  I have volunteered with the American Cancer Society and for the McKee Health Fair.

I enjoy traveling in our 5th wheel trailer, NASCAR races, bowling, gardening, walking and watching sporting events.  My biggest joy is being with family.

Gary

Accounting is my second career, after receiving an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota I entered the U.S. Air Force.  Over my 24 ½ years of service I served as a Cost Analyst, B-52 pilot and Operational Tester.  After retiring, we moved to Fort Collins where I attended CSU for a Master’s degree with a tax emphasis and then sat for the CPA exam.  I then went to work for the tax practice in one of the large international accounting firm’s in Denver for three years, followed by twelve and a half years in the Tax Department of a Denver based multi-faceted private corporation.  My wife and I now live in Windsor, we have four grown children and six grandchildren.  I enjoy family vacations, other travel, reading, fishing and watching ice hockey at any level.  I attend St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Loveland.

Pam

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in Yuma, Colorado.  Upon graduation from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Concentration in Accounting, I sat for and passed the CPA exam.

My work experiences have been varied, including teaching college level accounting at Adams State College, working as a Controller for two Gannett Co. newspapers, including the Fort Collins Coloradoan,  performing support for an accounting and payroll software company, and as a CPA doing tax prep, auditing and general bookkeeping for a number of CPA firms.  My true passion has always been helping clients with their tax planning and business consulting needs!

My husband Bruce is a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors in Loveland, and our family includes our son and a goofy yellow lab.  Both keep us very busy!  I love traveling, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

                  Cheryl

I graduated from Creighton University with a degree in psychology and promptly headed back to school to pursue accounting. After passing the CPA exam, I came to Colorado where I spent my career doing accounting for private industry. After a foray into IT, I found tax and public accounting which I find so much fun due to the constant variety and interactions. I love getting to know our clients and like to approach each client’s tax situation as a new puzzle to evaluate for optimum tax savings and planning. I am in the process of obtaining CPA licensure. Meanwhile, I earned the Enrolled Agent designation and this will be my 6th tax season.  I am very happy to be joining the strong team at Linda Holdredge & Associates.

The lighter summer schedule that comes with tax accounting allows my husband, Phil, and I to indulge our passion for road biking. We met each other on bikes and spend most of our free time riding bikes or traveling, or preferably doing both concurrently! We have 4 grown children and a little dog named Walter.

Megan

I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in microbiology, but quickly decided that the lab wasn’t quite social enough for my taste!  I went on to teach high school science for several years and absolutely loved it.  While staying home to raise two small children, I began pursuing a longtime interest in accounting, becoming a CPA in 2010.  I’ve worked for Linda Holdredge and Associates since 2007, taking a brief leave to get one last kiddo into school.  I’m thrilled to be back and to have the opportunity to help clients with their tax and QuickBooks® questions!

Anna

I was born and raised in Ukraine and my family was lucky enough to come live in the United States when I was in middle school.  I joined the Air Force out of high school where I provided administrative and computer support to the fighter squadron personnel.  One thing led to another and I transferred to Colorado Air National Guard to concentrate on school.

Shortly after receiving my Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Denver, I received my CPA license.  My experience includes small local to regional public accounting firms with primary emphasis on tax preparation and planning.  I also worked as a Small Business/Self-Employed IRS auditor for over four years.  While it was a great learning experience, I decided that helping small business on this side is far more rewarding.

Two kiddos and three dogs keep my husband and I busy in our spare time.

Cristin

Born and raised in Colorado, I have three grown children, and four grandchildren. After a 30 year career in Information Technology, I retired in 2015, got bored after six months, and went back to school. I have one semester left and will have my degree in accounting. My husband and I enjoy camping, fly fishing, and spoiling our two labs as well as traveling with family and friends. I enjoy working with our clients and providing payroll and bookkeeping services.
